It is with great sadness that we learned our Chairman of over 30 years Mr Keith Jubb passed away on 3rd June this year. We extend our sympathies to Beryl and Family. Ms Jane Dennett has now taken on the Role of Chair. Jane may be contacted by email at jane.dennettpt@gmail.com.

Located in the centre of Saxilby on the High Street, the Village Hall is the ideal venue for your celebration, concert, conference, activity or meeting. The Hall has three main rooms which can be hired individually or in a combination as required.

Main Hall

The Main Hall has capacity for 200 seated or 172 dancing. It is approximately 17m x 10m in size and includes a good size stage with lights and curtains that can be used by arrangement with Saxilby Drama Circle. There are also blinds on all the main hall windows so that the room can be darkened for films or slideshows. 

Lounge

The Lounge has capacity for 120 seated or 80 dancing.  The lounge is approximately 13m x 10m in size and is serviced by a bar and kitchen. 

Bar

A licensed bar is available by arrangement with the licencee of The Anglers Public House, across the road from the Hall. Please contact the licencee for current details (01522 702200).  Please give at least 14 days notice.

Kitchen

The kitchen is located off the lounge and contains two cookers with eight rings and four ovens, a refrigerator, water heater, two sinks and a range of crockery and cutlery for up to 120 people.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements.**

Meeting Room

The Meeting Room, located upstairs, has refreshment facilities, a sink and its own toilets and has capacity for 40 seated. This room is reached by stairs. There is no lift and may not be suitable for those less mobile.

Car Parking

A free car park is available at the side of the Hall, off Sykes Lane with a capacity for approximately 20 vehicles. Owners park at their own risk.

Wi-fi

Wi-fi is available at the venue. Details of wi-fi SSID and password are displayed in each hall and meeting room. Broadband  normally available speed is between 265 and 273Mbps for Downloads and 26Mbps for Uploads.
